Devin Johnson

Devin Johnson is an entrepreneur, mentor, and servant leader with more than 25 years of experience building organizations and helping people grow. Throughout his career, he has founded and led more than 20 businesses, including scaling a technology company to global reach with millions of users across more than 150 countries.

While Devin is known professionally for leadership in brand strategy, reputation, and business growth through organizations like BRANDefenders and RMC, his greatest passion has always been people, especially youth development, education, and opportunity. He has dedicated more than 25 years of service to supporting young people through mentorship and leadership programs, and has also worked in education, with more than four years of board chair and administrative experience, helping strengthen academic direction and community impact.

Devin is deeply committed to mission-driven work that supports vulnerable children and strengthens communities. As this initiative grows with the goal of expanding globally, Devin contributes most through what he knows best—leading organizations, building awareness, and helping causes establish a trusted online presence that drives long-term support and measurable impact.

He is also developing a nonprofit focused on supporting first responders, creating a strong network where officers can share their stories, connect with others who have experienced trauma, and access meaningful resources for long-term wellness.

Outside of work, Devin is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys ranching, fishing, hiking, biking, skiing, and traveling the world with his wife and four children.
